The Soma (Body) + IQ (Mind)™ Breathwork Sessions are a series of scientifically-backed practices designed to support emotional health, and inner connection. Each practice merges the latest neuro-scientific insights on nervous system regulation with ancient breath-based healing techniques to help you shift from stress to presence, from overwhelm to clarity.

The sessions vary in intensity and depth — allowing you to choose the level of engagement that suits your current needs. Whether you're looking for deep rest, emotional reset, or transformational release, each session provides you with a structured, supportive space to explore and restore.

Soma+IQ™ InBody Relax — 60 min, 250 kr

A short but powerful breathwork session that creates a state of parasympathetic calm, where your body can repair, your mind can slow down, and your heart can open.

Soma+IQ™ NeuroReset — 90 min, 350 kr

This breathwork session focuses on restoring balance in your body's nervous system, shifting you from stress and overstimulation into a grounded state of calm and presence.

Soma+IQ™ The Journey — 120 min, 450 kr

The Journey is a full inner voyage, designed to support emotional release, awaken insight, and reconnect you with your deeper purpose and intuitive intelligence. This is where breath becomes a bridge to the subconscious, the soul, and the parts of you that long to be seen and integrated.

Soma+IQ™ Sessions Package — 800 kr

You can also book all three Soma+IQ Breathwork Sessions as a package at a discounted price for only 800 kr (regular price when booked individually is higher).

Each of the three sessions offers unique content and a different somatic experience, guiding you into deeper connection, release, and clarity.

How to book the package:
